With the 45 Day Fitness Makeover, I will help you create an exercise plan that will lead to more energy, better performance, greater enthusiasm and improved health.

  • Complete an online health history and nutrition questionnaire.
  • Fill out a 5 to 7 day movement log.
  • Schedule a 30-minute phone call with me so we can discuss your background and goals.

  • I will provide you with a 30-minute phone, Face Time or Skype session to create a plan and strategy to help you create positive changes in your fitness habits.
  • A weekly fitness plan that is customized to your health history, your current lifestyle, your abilities, and the amount of time you can devote to exercise.
  • Written analysis about your fitness habits that will include recommendations (based on our discussions), heart rate analysis and a plan to help you reach your fitness goals.
  • Unlimited texting and emails with me for 45 days to help you stay focused, enthusiastic and on track.
  • Weekly goal setting.

Program 2: Fit Foodie Nutrition & Fitness Assessment & Makeover

Customized 60-day program to help you create new habits and make lasting lifestyle changes.

If you find that you’re someone who needs help with your nutrition AND your fitness program, then this is the package for you. This is a 60-day program because when you’re simultaneously improving your nutrition and fitness, I really feel you need time to create new habits and make lasting lifestyle changes.

  • Schedule a 30-minute phone call with me so we can discuss your health history, current lifestyle and nutrition and fitness goals.

The packet will be customized to your health history, your current lifestyle, and the amount of time you can devote to meal preparation.
  • I will provide written analysis about your food log that will include your daily caloric need based on your weight loss goals, and a summary about the areas where you can make nutrition improvements (I will be looking at fiber, calcium, iron, etc.)
  • Unlimited texting and emails with me for 60 days to help you stay focused, enthusiastic and on track.
  • Weekly goal setting.
