Let’s face it! Making changes in your diet is tough, especially when you go about it alone. However, when you become a part of 52 Healthy Weeks, you’ll begin to act and feel like the sky is the limit! With the 45 Day Nutrition Makeover, I will help you overhaul your eating habits so you experience greater enthusiasm, more energy, better performance and improved health. Note: This package is always customized for the individual client. I work with people who are overweight, or just stepping into healthier habits. Don’t worry about where you are on the spectrum. We’ll work together to make YOU healthier.

  • Complete an online health history and nutrition questionnaire.
  • Fill out a 5 to 7 day food log.
  • Schedule a 30-minute phone call with me so we can discuss your background and goals.
After we complete the steps above you can expect the following from me (click to expand/ collapse)
  • I will provide you with a 30-minute phone, Face Time or Skype session to create a plan and strategy to help you create positive changes in your diet.
  • I will provide you with a nutrition packet that is customized to you and your goals. Your packet will include 15 customized meal ideas – 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners. The packet will be customized to your health history, your current lifestyle, and the amount of time you can devote to meal preparation.
  • I will provide written analysis about your food log that will include your daily caloric need based on your weight loss goals, and a summary about the areas where you can make nutrition improvements (I will be looking at fiber, calcium, iron, etc.)
  • Unlimited texting and emails with me for 45 days to help you stay focused, enthusiastic and on track.
  • Weekly goal setting.

Program 2: Eat Right, Train Right Nutrition Assessment & Makeover

Customized 45-day program designed to overhaul your eating habits to increase your energy and improve your health and training performance.

Making changes in your diet is tough, especially when you are training for an event such as a triathlon or marathon. (As if you have more time to devote to eating well!) However, what you eat and when you eat it can have an amazing impact on your training and race execution. With the 45 Day “Eat Right, Train Right” Nutrition Makeover, I will help you overhaul your eating habits so you experience more energy, better performance and improved health and recovery (from tough workouts). Note: This package is always customized for the individual client. I work with people of all levels. Don’t worry about where you are on the spectrum. We’ll work together to make YOU healthier and able to achieve your personal goals.)

This is a 60-day program because when you’re simultaneously improving your nutrition and fitness, I really feel you need time to create new habits and make lasting lifestyle changes.
